2018 Liebherr Liebherr Portal Slewing Crane LPS 600

The LPS 600 Liebherr portal crane manages up to 2,000 tonnes in bulk cargo handling with a maximum outreach of 58 metres. The LPS 600 is also the ideal solution for handling containers and general cargoes, particularly on narrow quays. The portal solution allows trains and trucks to travel below the portal.

Features may include:

• The design of the portal is customised. This includes: rail spacing, portal height, wheel loads and ladder to the slewing platform.

• Noise protection, windshield wiper, air conditioning. The ergonomic and comfortable features of the cab increase the concentration and reduce the fatigue of the crane operator for consistently high productivity and a high level of safety.

• Buffers are provided at all 4 corners of the portal as collision protection. Visible limit switches can be installed as additional security.

• The Liebherr mobile harbour crane is equipped with the latest generation of diesel engines for the exhaust emissions standards of EU stage IV or EPA Tier 4 final.

• The main supply can be effected via low voltage (400 V) or high voltage (1 kV - 20 kV). The cable drum is secured to the portal and independently takes care of the unwinding and winding of the power cable.
